Fennel Gratin

ingredients

1 kg fennel
200 g fresh cream
150 g roquefort
100 g gouda
salt and pepper
butter for the baking dish

Steps
Remove the green part of the fennel, wash and cut into slices.
The blanch in salted boiling water for 4 minutes and drain to.
Butter the baking dish and put the fennel.
